Get Ready to Leap
A School Solves Bullying with a Laundromat
This February you may find you have some extra time on your hands—a whole extra day in fact—so join Analytical English as we “Get Ready to Leap.” Though you may know the reason behind leap years, do you know the superstitions that go with them? While we’re not the superstitious type, this change in the calendar does leave us with a spare day to fill. Perhaps a trip to a museum? “Fragile! Taiwan’s Gallery of Glass” is an option, but not if you’re clumsy. If portraits and paintings are more your thing, there is an exhibition currently on in Kaohsiung called Cat-Art. We suggest you “Check out These Purr-fect Works of Art” if you have a serious love for cats. If you’d rather stay at home, you might be interested in “A Search for Redemption in The Kite Runner .”Whichever way you choose to spend February 29, we hope you enjoy it. It only happens every four years!
