Cooking is among the oldest and most popular arts in France. Desserts in particular are associated with the lightness and sweetness of life.
Having studied the tradition of French arts for a long time, and as pastry lovers ourselves, we would like to share these pleasures for all ages, all conditions, all countries and all days.
Cyrille Terrier is a French ethnologist who has long been interested in the sharing of knowledge, and in particular oral traditions. Here he tells us some of his own stories.
