Young Cincinnati area private eye Ben Davis made a promise to an old lady to find her son’s killers. This seemed only right, but at this moment he had nothing. Nothing about this case was clear. He knew the what and the where, but he did not have a clue as to the more important who or why.
A boy was dead and he needed answers… Jake jumped from the bed, sweat pouring from his face had soaked the dirty pillow. The same dreams over and over, but tonight he'd added a new one. He didn't mind killing the punk, work is work, but watching him drown slowly in Joan's pool was different… Will Ben Davis uncover the clues he needs to hunt down serial killer Jake, or will Jake hunt him down first?
